What is Sugar Plum Ball?
Sugar Plum Ball is a black tie gala that the Chamber hosted for many years as a fundraiser for the fire department's toy drive in the 80's -through early 2000's. We resurrected it in 2022 with the goal of raising additional funds to go into our workforce initiatives with the Robertson County Schools, Robertson County Economic Development, local industries, and state level programs through our Workforce and Education Committee. Because of these funds, we can grow the offerings and reach to students across the county. The newest program will be a Youth Entrepreneur Leadership Program we are excited to launch this year!
- Where is the Sugar Plum Ball being held this year?
We are back in Springfield for the foreseeable future at The Center the second Saturday of every December.
- Our Chamber members always show up big for us and this event is no exception. Nicoletta's Catering will be preparing and serving dinner once again and DJ Rideout will set the mood and bring the energy to the dancefloor.
- Our Sugar Plum Committee Volunteers are hard at work planning for the magic this year will bring. Half of the tickets have already been claimed so make sure you get on top of making your reservations soon! Tag your friends and ask them to join you.
It is kinda like an adult prom, we have so much fun!
