Robertson County Do Something Extra Day

March 21st is recognized as World Down Syndrome Awareness Day (3.21), a day we celebrate everyone with a third copy of the 21st chromosome, or as we like to say, that "something extra." The Robertson County Chamber of Commerce is challenging you to do something Extra on March 21st in honor of this day. Help us celebrate the lives of all of our citizens and let their families know we support them, love them and accept them. What is something extra? That truly is up to you! Here are some helpful suggestions:
Random acts of kindness, an extra lap at the gym, complimenting a stranger, really, picking up trash in your neighborhood, purchasing the persons coffee in line behind you, sending notes of appreciation to your family or workmates. Post your extra on Facebook or Instagram with the hashtag #RobCoExtra321 in honor of those in our community who are EXTRA special.
