County Wide Cleanup Week
It is pretty safe to say that we have all noticed the abundance of trash and debris along the sides of the majority of our roads in Robertson County. It has really gotten out of hand and the only way we are going to be able to get back to our beautiful county views is to all pitch in and do our part to clean it up.
So with that, the Robertson County Chamber of Commerce is hosting a County Wide Community Cleanup WEEK! That's right, a full week. We know that we will be more successful if we can all give a little time over the course of a few days to put a dent into al this trash. We are challenging everyone!, Churches, youth groups, school sports teams and civic clubs, businesses and employees, citizens and visitors. It will take us all teaming up to make an impact.
We are working through arranging a trash trailer to be located at the Chamber office for you to bring the trash so that we can dispose of it at no cost to you. We chose our dates to end on Earth Day and we want to see your before and after pictures so that we can create a slideshow showing the impact we have made. You can choose the area you clean up, please just give us an idea of where you will be focusing.
Also if you will register your group at ********** we will make sure to have supplies sent to you for your cleanup group. This is for EVERYONE. Let's get back to the place we are so very proud of.
