Christmas on the Square

This year’s theme for Christmas on the Square is “Have a Holly Jolly Christmas” but when the parade rolls into town, it is all about Rudolph having his night to shine!

We would like to extend to you an invitation to participate by having a booth at the festival. The fee for a booth this year is $35.00 for booths without electricity or $45.00 for booths with electricity. Electricity is limited! You will need to register online and make payment by October 31st. The link to register is in the "ticket" section.

Booths will be set up around the square and extending onto Locust Street if necessary. No heaters are allowed. Each participant should furnish their own tables, tents and extension cords. The booths are approximately 10’ x 10’. Booth set up will begin at 7:30 am.
NO LIVE SANTA’S IN BOOTHS!

The Chamber of Commerce is one of the collection sites for Kiwanis for Kids and they serve hundreds of children right here in Springfield. In addition to the booth fee, all booth participants will be required to contribute one new, unwrapped toy for this worthy cause. You will need to drop off your toy at the Chamber check in table to receive your booth pass.
