Christmas on the Square

 

We would like to extend an invitation to makers and creators to participate by having a booth at the festival. The fee for a booth this year is $35.00 for booths without electricity or $45.00 for booths with electricity. Electricity is limited! You will need to register online and pay at the time of reserving. No spots will be reserved without payment. If the site allows you to reserve a booth, then there is space. We will cut off registrations when we are sold out. Please include a link to your website or social media account so that we can TRY to place you away from like products.

 

Booths will be set up around the square and extending down South Main Street. No electric heaters are allowed. Each participant should furnish their own tables, tents and extension cords. The booths are approximately 10’ x 10’. Booth set up will begin at 8:00 am.
NO LIVE SANTA’S IN BOOTHS!

**If you need more than 10'x10' of space, you will be required to reserve the number of spaces to accommodate your needs. If you arrive and your trailer or food truck will not fit in your designated space, it is not a guarantee that we will be able to make room.

Vendors with tents will be required to provide adequate weights to anchor their tent in the case of wind. This has been an issue in recent years, so we will be enforcing this going forward. We do not need to have anyone injured due to tents flying through the air!
The Chamber of Commerce is one of the collection sites for Kiwanis for Kids and they serve hundreds of children right here in Springfield. In addition to the booth fee, all booth participants will be required to contribute one new, unwrapped toy for this worthy cause. You will need to drop off your toy at the Chamber check in table to receive your booth pass.
